Hi, I’m Stephanie — a Certified Yoga Therapist & Stress Management Coach passionate about helping Christian women in leadership roles manage stress, quiet their minds, and feel fully present — at work, at home, and in their walk with God.
For over 20 years, Yoga has been an anchor in my life — helping me find calm in the chaos of parenting, entrepreneurship, and everyday challenges. It’s also deepened my faith, reminding me that peace isn’t something we earn — it’s something we experience when we trust that God is in control, that He has made us enough, and that He will equip us for the work He’s called us to.
At Heart and Wings Yoga, I guide women through faith-based mindfulness practices, breathwork, and movement — equipping them with tools to calm their mind, reduce overwhelm, and create space for what matters most.
